1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (if applicable).
- We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, but processing times may vary depending on product availability.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The available shipping methods will be shown during checkout.
Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (estimated).
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (estimated).
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (estimated).

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the items in your order.
4. Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet the stated shipping times, TeroGuardCar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
- Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and delays which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States and internationally, with some restrictions depending on the destination country.
- Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, or shipping regulations. If a restriction applies to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Address Accuracy
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. TeroGuardCar is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately so we can assist in making any necessary corrections.
7. Shipping Delays
- In the event of shipping delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you of any expected delays. We recommend that you track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
- Please note that TeroGuardCar is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or customs inspections.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- In the case of a damaged package, we may require photos of the damaged product and packaging for claims.
9. Returns and Exchanges
